Check Payment Instructions

  • Make all checks payable to NextGen Healthcare
  • Include a copy of the invoice you received in your registration confirmation when mailing the check

    • Please reference UGM 2017 and the full name of the registrant(s) on the check.
  • Check payment is due within thirty (30) days of your registration submission date. If the check payment is not received within 30 days, your registration is subject to cancellation.
  • Check payments will not be accepted after October 6, 2017.


Registration Confirmation

Upon submitting your online registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing your registration details, as well as the link to request your accommodations. We will send this information to the email address you provided. To ensure you receive important communications from the NextGen UGM team, please add to your safe senders list.

Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy

If you cancel your registration on or before October 7, 2017 a $300 administrative fee* will be applied. Cancellations received after October 7, 2017, including no-shows, will result in forfeiture of 100% of all fees paid. Registrations may not be reinstated once they have been cancelled. If re-registering, the current registration fee will apply.

*Please note: all but the $300 cancellation fee will be refunded to the card on file.

Name Changes

A $50 administrative fee will be charged for all name changes. Name changes must be received in writing and must be sent to This administration fee will apply each time a registration is changed
